1. Introduction
This privacy policy describes how William Neiderstam Solutions AB (NSales), (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when you use our platform and services. We are committed to protecting your privacy and process all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data We Collect
We collect and process the following categories of personal data:
- Account information: Email address and name provided during registration.
- Contact and company data: Contact details and company information you enter for mail drafts, CRM features and bookings.
- Public company data: Business information from public registries (e.g. Allabolag.se) used for prospecting.
- Google Calendar data: When you connect your Google Calendar, we request access to the following OAuth scopes:
calendar.events— We read and create calendar events to schedule, reschedule and cancel meetings on your behalf.calendar.readonly— We read your calendar to check availability and prevent double-bookings when generating time slots for external guests.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and device information collected automatically for security and service improvement.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Providing and improving our sales platform, including mail drafts, booking management, CRM and prospecting tools.
- Synchronizing scheduled meetings and reminders with your Google Calendar.
- Checking your calendar availability to offer open time slots to external booking guests.
- Authenticating you and protecting your account.
- Communicating with you about the service (e.g. booking confirmations).
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling or any purpose unrelated to the core functionality described above.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data — including your Google Calendar data — with any third party, except where strictly necessary to operate the service:
- Cloud infrastructure providers: We use cloud hosting and database services to securely store and process your data.
- Legal obligations: We may disclose data if required by law or a valid legal process.
We do not share your calendar data with any third party.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using encryption at rest and in transit, with strict access controls. OAuth tokens are stored with restricted database-level access and are only used server-side to communicate with Google’s APIs.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated personal data — including stored tokens — will be removed.
6. Your Rights and Control Over Your Data
You have the right to:
- Request access to all personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your data.
- Object to or restrict processing of your data.
- Request data portability (receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format).
- Revoke Google Calendar access at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions page, or by disconnecting Google Calendar within the NSales booking settings.
- Delete your account, which will remove all your stored data from our systems.
7. Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure
NSales’ use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
